1.1 These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and participation in our vape recycling program and associated prize draws.
2. Eligibility
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our vape recycling program and prize draws.
3. Participant Prize Draw
3.1 Each eligible participant receives one entry into the participant prize draw for every ten (10) vapes returned at a designated store location, up to a maximum of ten (10) entries per month.
3.2 The participant prize draw will take place on 5th of each month, and winners will be selected at random.
3.3 Prizes will be in the form of e-gift cards and are non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered.
3.4 Winners will be notified via email within 5 days of the draw.
3.5 E-Gift cards will be delivered to the winners based on the contact information provided during the recycling process. There is no need for winners to claim their prizes actively.
3.6 We reserve the right to change the prize draw amount and number of winners, which will be clearly communicated on the homepage before the start of each month.
4. Store Prize Draw
4.1 Each designated store returning a full vape recycling bin of vapes is eligible to enter a separate prize draw, with 1 entry for each full bin of vapes up to a maximum of 10 entries
4.2 The store prize draw will take place on 5th of each month, and winning stores will be selected at random.
4.3 Prizes for stores will be in the form of e-gift cards or other incentives and are non-transferable. No cash alternative will be offered.
4.4 Winning stores will be notified via email within 5 days of the draw.
4.5 Prizes will be delivered to the winning stores based on the contact information provided.
4.6 We reserve the right to change the prize draw amount and number of winners, which will be clearly communicated on the homepage before the start of each month.
5. Supply of Recycling Bins
5.1 Recycling bins must be placed in a safe and accessible area within the store.
5.2 Bins should be located away from any sources of heat or ignition to prevent fire hazards.
5.3 Store staff should regularly monitor the bins to ensure they are not overfilled and maintain safety and cleanliness around the bin area.
5.4 Eco Ants or our representatives reserves the right to access the recycling bins at any time to change graphics or for maintenance purposes.
5.5 Eco Ants is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the improper use of vape recycling bins. Users assume full responsibility for ensuring that items are disposed of safely and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The recycle bins remain the property of Eco Ants at all times, and Eco ants is not responsible for any additional insurances that maybe required for your location.
6. Data Collection and Privacy
6.1 By participating in the vape recycling program and prize draws, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of administering the program and prize draws.
6.2 We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
6.3 We may use your data with selected third parties to enhance the services we provide and for marketing purposes. These third parties will be bound by confidentiality obligations and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Eco Ants or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
7.2 You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Eco Ants is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your participation in the vape recycling program or prize draws, except as required by law.
