This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions relating to the free supply of vape recycling bins and free collection of recycling bags.
The provision of vape recycling bins by Eco Ants is a service offered to support environmentally responsible disposal of vape devices and accessories. By utilising our vape recycling bins, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Intended Use: The vape recycling bins are intended solely for the collection of used vape devices and accessories. Please ensure that only appropriate items are disposed of in these bins. Disposal of hazardous, flammable, or non-vape-related materials is strictly prohibited. Ensure that the recycle bins are placed in a cool dry location away from heat sources.
- Ownership & Replacement: The vapes recycling bins and fireproof return bags remain the property of Eco Ants at all times, Lost/Damaged recycled bins will be charged at £100 & Fireproof bags at £30.
- Access: You allow the supplier or it’s representative access to the recycle bin for the change of graphics during your usual opening times.
- No Liability: Eco Ants is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the improper use of vape recycling bins. Users assume full responsibility for ensuring that items are disposed of safely and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. The recycle bins remain the property of Eco Ants at all times, and Eco ants is not responsible for any additional insurances that maybe required for your location.
- Environmental Compliance: Eco Ants endeavours to ensure that collected vape devices are recycled in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Service Limitations: The availability of vape recycling bins is subject to logistical constraints and local regulations. Eco Ants reserves the right to modify or discontinue the provision of this service at any time without prior notice.
- Collection and Processing: Using the dashboard on the website with your login you can request the collect of your used vapes, these must be full bags and partial bags will be rejected. The supplied fireproof bag must be used at the time of collection, this will hold the entire contents of one vape bin, this bag will be replaced upon collection. Once collected, vape devices will be processed by an approved third-party recycling facility. Eco Ants does not control or guarantee the specific recycling methods used by these third-party facilities.
